STAFF

DIRECTOR: Dr. Patricia Smith is the director of Little Lambs. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education, a M.S. in Administration and Supervision and an ED.D in Educational Leadership. She has a wealth of experience serving as a teacher, supervisor and superintendent of schools.

OUR MISSION: Our primary goal at Little Lambs Preschoolis to provide a Christian environment for young children where they can develop mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. By ensuring small student-teacher ratios, we are better able to know your child and to nurture his/her unique talents and abilities, as well aswork with them on an individual basis in those areas where they might require more encouragement.

STAFF: The staff of Little Lambs is exceptional. Julie Habacker, teacher inour 2-3 year old class, has a B.S. in childhooddevelopment and experience as a preschool teacher. The 3-4 year old class is taught by Emily Reilly who has a B.A. in psychology and a M.Ed. in elementary education. She also brings a wealth of preschool experience to the classroom. Kris Scott leads our PreK class. She has a B.S. in early childhood education and has taught PreK and Kindergarten in the Williamson County public schools. We are proud of the professional expertise of the staff in our school.

CURRICULUM: The Christian Wee Learn is the foundation of our curriculum with a variety of other curricula andmaterials used to enhance and amplify the learning. The Tennessee Early Learning Developmental Standards is used as a guideline for the development of lessons and as a monitoring tool in assessing the progress ofeach student.

THE SCHOOL DAY: Classes meet on Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday for two and three year olds. The Pre-K class meets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Children will begin the day with a short chapel experience with stories, songs, and a prayer in the church and will then adjourn to their respective classes. Their day will consist of group times for instruction, stories and singing; center time for play and exploration; individual time with the teacher to work on artand craft activities and for reinforcement of appropriate academic material; snack and lunch time and outdoor activities on the playground or for nature walks.

TUITION: Two & Three Year Classes: Application $225 (includes September tuition and is non-refundable); Supply Fee $40 per semester (non-refundable); Monthly tuition $175 Pre-K Class: Application $310 (includes September tuition and is non-refundable); Supply Fee $40 per semester (non-refundable); Monthly tuition $260
